Right of withdrawal & returns

1. 90-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee for 90 days from delivery.

Conditions: The product is unopened and the seal is intact. The guarantee applies once per customer, household, and delivery address, and only to your first order via ovatisol.com.

How it works: Send us a message through our contact form within the 90 days, including your order number. We'll get back to you with the next steps. You return the product at your own expense to our address in Sheridan. Once it arrives, we refund the product price.

Opened products: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back opened food products; they can no longer be sold. Still, get in touch if this applies to you – we look at every case individually.

Not refunded are shipping costs and return shipping costs. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Headway Commerce LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, via the contact form in the shop) of your decision by means of a clear statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).

Difference from the guarantee

Under the statutory right of withdrawal, we also refund standard shipping costs. Under the voluntary 90-day guarantee, we refund the product price only.

4. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt via our contact form with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
