Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

We ship once payment has been received. The delivery time is shown during checkout. Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless a fixed date has been expressly confirmed.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Right after shipping, the tracking often doesn't show a status yet – that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Package not delivered

If your shipment shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and at the drop-off point first. Then contact us via our contact form with your order number – we'll take care of it.

Incorrect delivery address

Please check your address before submitting your order. Shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur additional costs.
