Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via ovatisol.com between Headway Commerce LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter "we") and you as the customer. Our offer is directed at consumers.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices stated are final prices. Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Pursuant to § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.

4. Payment

The payment methods offered during checkout are available. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the period stated during checkout. Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless a fixed date has been expressly confirmed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, including the exception for sealed goods, can be found under "Right of withdrawal & returns".

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Information on dietary supplements

Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
